Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Preparing briefs, liaisoning with creative, activation & media agencies to plan & execute ATL, BTL & social media activities
2. Planning & implementation of market research programs (in-house/using an agency) to understand consumer behaviour
3. Developing POS assets & overseeing their deployment in coordination with the sales team
4. Timely POSM deployment and submission of reports
Qualification & Experience:
1. Must have 2 to 4 years of experience with broad knowledge and experience in the Brand Marketing domain
2. Must have completed MBA (full-time) from tier 1 or tier 2 Institute with strong academics of 60% throughout is preferred
3. Should have domain experience in Handling agencies, Influencer marketing, Social marketing, Digital marketing and have a good understanding of consumer behavior.
4. Must have excellent English language communication skills - spoken & written
5.Analytical and Data-driven problem solver with proficiency in MS Office
6.Must currently be working in brand management domain
