A. To monitor and drive E-Commerce business vertical against sales targets as well as P&L, through various trackers and analysis:
1. Ensure revenue growth of business - Achievement against Primary Target for Business
2. Monitor and analyze sales performance - Tertiary Sales YOY %
3. Maximize channel profitability - Achievement of targeted Gross Profit
B. To monitor and improve the quality of the inventory in alignment to CIC strategy at portals and sellers:
1. Evaluate overall product portfolio against suitability to business strategies - Business from Fast selling SKUs
2. Inventory health, less ageing - Reduction in RTV value
C. To efficiently execute product-level strategy in coordination with sales and marketing teams, and track competition:
1. Collate information on achievement of targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Sales of Focus Brands/Products
2. Provide analysis to support the development of business cases - Number of quality analysis reports per month
3. Build workplace relationships
D. To maintain business hygiene and compliance, through timely and correct roll-out of consumer offers, changeovers and validating reimbursement claims.
1. Plan and monitor budget and ensure minimal deviation - Budget utilization against the plan
2. Develop dashboards and provide regular status reports to project managers.
