Casio - Assistant Manager - Business Planning

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

PSI Management

- Develop accurate purchase/sales/inventory forecasts as per targets

- Sales plan vs actual mapping and reporting

- Determine product assortment portfolio mix

Inventory Management

- Ensure maximum returns from liquidation of ageing inventory

- Determine status of inventory levels and stock availability Stock health analysis to control ageing & devaluation

- Improve inventory turnover ratio

Reporting

- Ensure minimal deviation from timelines for reporting to top management

- Analyse product categories and availability of competing products

- Drive project progress and completion Sales plan vs actual mapping and reporting

Candidate having great exposure in

- Forecasting, Inventory planning and management Sales planning

Qualification & Experience:

- Must have 2 to 5 years of experience with broad knowledge and experience in the Business Planning- Forecasting Skills.

- Strong Excel & presentation skills

- Must have completed Graduation or MBA (full-time) with strong academics of 60% throughout is preferred

- Analytical and Data-driven problem solver with proficiency in MS Office
