Cashkumar - Senior Associate - Credit

- Undertake credit analysis of potential borrowers (Personal loan applications) doing credit checks (CIBIL/Experian/CRIF), financial analysis (PERFIOS), house verification and other tools/factors

- Ensure uniformity and standardization in the loan approval process according to policy

- Create a strong book for Cashkumar with low delinquency through a robust approval process

- Liaise with borrowers and interrogate them to take valid decisions

- Resolve any escalations, report regularly as per company requirements and give recommendations on improving credit algorithm
