Digital Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy integrating online and offline channels for our D2C business, focusing on performance marketing and brand management.

- Lead an in-house team for digital marketing and branding.

- Align strategies with overarching business objectives to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Performance Marketing:

- Design and execute performance and branding campaigns across channels such as PPC, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and social media.

- Utilize marketing analytic and attribution models to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

- Lead and manage a team to drive business level KPIs.

Brand Management:

- Develop and execute branding strategies to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all touch points.

- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative elements in digital and traditional marketing channels.

Multi-Channel Management:

- Oversee the execution of campaigns across various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

- Implement strategies for offline channels, ensuring they complement and enhance the overall marketing mix.

Marketing Tools and Technologies:

- Utilize marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant tools to enhance performance marketing and brand management efforts.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in both online and offline marketing.

- Prior knowledge of tools like Webengage, WSPs, Mixpanel is a plus.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Leverage marketing analytics tools to measure the performance of both online and offline campaigns.

- Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, guiding strategic decisions based on data-driven analysis.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for both online and offline performance marketing and brand management initiatives.

- Monitor spending, ROAS, and cost per acquisition, optimizing budgets for maximum impact.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, performance marketing tools, brand management strategies, and technologies.

- Understanding of traditional marketing channels and their integration with digital strategies.

Technology Proficiency:

- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other digital marketing tools.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in both online and offline marketing.
