Cashfree - Manager/Senior Manager - Chargeback & Disputes

What You Will Do -

- Managing day to day chargebacks/Disputes raised by the banks.

- Managing chargeback recon on a daily basis.

- Coordinating with Banks and Merchants for any additional documents or clarity required.

- Create reports, summaries, presentations, and process documents to display results.

What You Will Need:

- Relevant experience in Dispute & Chargeback, preferably from a fintech background

- Process-oriented, proactive and results-driven individual

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Be a quick learner with an analytical mind, to understand back end operations and the fintech product

- Ability to manage multiple projects and programs at the same time to complete work.

- Critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems with data.
