Developing and implementing processes and procedures for merchant onboarding to ensure efficient and effective integration into the payment platform. Coordinating with various internal teams, including legal, compliance, risk, and technical teams to ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
What You'll do:
- Ensuring that merchants are onboarded in a timely and accurate manner and that they have the necessary tools and resources to begin accepting/disbursing the payments
- Manage a team of Merchant Onboarding associates
- Ensure the team is adhering to the SOPs of Merchant Onboarding process
- Monitor, Audit & provide feedback to the Merchant Onboarding Associates
- Ensure the Merchant onboarding is done with proper KYC verification and compliance checks prior to account activation
- Conducting ongoing analysis and reporting on merchant onboarding performance to identify areas for improvement
- Responsible for query resolution for our internal customer i.e., Business Team
- Maintaining TAT as per SLA for the process
What makes you a great fit:
- Relevant experience in Merchant Onboarding or in Operations, from a B2B fintech background, preferably from online payments.
- Min 2 years experience in team management
- Process oriented, proactive and result driven individual.
