Cashfree Payments Payment Aggregation business is regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. Cashfree Payments is one of the first recipients of such licenses, and will be adding more such regulated products in its portfolio. We are looking for a dynamic regulatory compliance leader, who could work with various teams on the ground to build strong mechanisms to ensure compliance with the applicable regulatory framework while ensuring the best customer outcomes.
What You Will Do:
- New customer acquisition in the emerging market categories and conversion of leads
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
- Customer relationship management
- Build and manage outbound business development pipeline
- Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases
- Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales
- Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collecting competitor intelligence
What You Will Need:
- 5-7 Years of relevant experience in new client acquisition and should be from B2B SaaS or Online payments background
- Has a strong understanding of payments space and from online payments background (Mandate)
- PG Hunting experience is mandatory
- Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
- Strong business acumen and product expertise
