Project
The successful candidate will lead and own IT systems implementation and support for company's physical trading, supply chain, logistics and risk management processes. This is a managerial position and the successful candidate will be directly reporting to the senior technology management team.
Tasks
- In-depth understanding of physical trading, supply chain, logistics and risk management processes
- Focus on continuous improvements in business efficiency, productivity and controls by partnering with the business owners. Identification of changes in existing systems as well as selection of new third-party systems for
business processes which cannot be mapped in existing systems.
- Develop program / project plans and estimates for changes in existing systems and implementation of new systems.
- Manage end-to-end program deployment and effectively plan resource utilization and manpower deployment to ensure delivery of projects within time, cost, quality and budgetary parameters.
- Preparation and maintenance of integrated systems architecture
Requirements
15 years- experience in business process mapping, preparation of solution design and systems with industry preference to Agriculture/FMCG.
- Good knowledge & experience in SAP logistics (MM/SD) modules. Knowledge of PP will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of physical trading, supply chain, logistics and risk management systems.
- Strong project management skills. Should hold PMP or equivalent certifications.
- Experienced leader, ability to manage and direct work for a team of 10-15 members spread across multiple locations is essential.
- Implementation experience at Global Environment with multiple locations.
- Strong end-user service orientation.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, a capable oral and written communicator who effectively builds relationships with others.
- Entrepreneurial spirit generates ideas for business improvements and is able to implement them practically.
