Cash Management Expert ( BDG-WTC)

Skills :

- Extensive knowledge of Cash Management - Payment, Collection, Liquidity Management and FSCM modules along with Banking Business knowledge

- Excellent Communication & Customer Management Skills

- Experience in Cash Management Implementation in a large bank is a BIG plus

- Strong analytical skills with ability to map business requirements into required functional components

- Exposure to Oracle / J2EE technologies

Job Description :

- Prepare demo scripts aligned with market requirements and based on account manager update.

- Give demo of the product to clients.

- Publish the MOMs to all stakeholders after every product demo and POC given to customers.

- Take feedback from the Customer on each demo/POC given in the standard feedback form.

- Share all the MOMs and Customer Feedback with the BDG QAR for base lining in Clear case.

- Proof Of Concept preparation and prototyping in coordination with delivery team and present the same to customer

- Response to Customer’s advance level and ad-hock queries and for then and there solution or workaround proposition during demos and interactions.

- Understand the gap in Customer requirements and suggest the same in best possible manner to Product / Delivery teams.

- Competitive Analysis of Cash Management products.

- Where required - to review technology / service offerings / products with internal and external parties as part of any evaluation or development process.
