Senior Manager - HR Business Partner
Performance Management:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their business, goals and challenges, and set measurable goals with impact.
- Should be able to initiate quarterly reviews for all employees across the organization.
- Guide managers in the performance review process and providing constructive feedback.
- Assist in identifying performance gaps and coaching managers & employees to enhance performance and development.
- Benchmarking the PMS practice in order to adapt and evolve to make PMS as the most optimized version for CashKaro.
Employee Relations & HR Transactions:
- Act as a point of contact for employees- addressing concerns & resolving conflicts.
- Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, terminations, and other sensitive HR matters.
- Prepare GMI, Attrition, Reverse Attrition etc. Reports using excel and Power BI.
Learning and Development:
- Identify mandatory skills (Technical & Non- technical) at each level of business unit, prepare L&D plan and publish the same.
- Assist trainers in creating assessment for L&D program and measure effectiveness of L&D once the program is over.
- Design Bi-annual Employee NPS survey and analyzing the same.
Employee Engagement:
- Brainstorm, plan and prepare monthly Employee Engagement Calendar in advance for each month.
- Organize activities of floor, take feedback on how we can do better and implement next set of engagement activity ensuring inclusivity and feedback.
Payroll & Compliance:
- Initiate, check and recheck the payroll inputs for every month w.r.t. attendance, leaves, bonus, arrears etc.
- Do monthly tax revisioning and calculation for all employees.
- Successfully close internal & external audits w.r.t. headcount, payroll, BGV, documentation and tax compliances.
Qualifications & Tools:
- 8 - 10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering or strategic HR roles. TA experience shall not be counted for this role.
- Financial Literacy : Detailed idea on Tax regimes, Tax saving components etc.
- HRMS (Keka or similar - Implementation + adaptation)
