We are an early stage, seed funded Online Interior Design Discovery and Implementation venture. We are founded by an IIM/Mckinsey alum from the industry, and HNIs from a large financial/ real estate conglomerate and an architectural firm. We have the excitement of a startup but the operational maturity and stability of a mid sized firm!   We aim to shake up the design discovery for interiors/ boutique spaces even as we streamline the backend through processes and technology. This is a great unit economics, well funded sector and continues to shine in bad e-commerce times!   - We are looking for self motivated Customer Engagement Executives. You will hold yourself accountable to sales targets, tag team with great designers and make sure you can sell our concept to high end customers. In addition corporate business development deals will be assigned to you   - 5+ years experience, a lean startup mentality, a charismatic sales person, engaging and managing client relationships   - If you have sold high value products or managed teams who did the same - interiors, real estate, banking, automobiles, art. Interiors domain knowledge not needed but a plus.   - If you have a track record of satisfied customers, and cracking sales targets while all the time keeping your team motivated, you are the right fit for us.   - Your compensation will be market competitive, incentives will make them better !
