Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms, with a focus on lead generation. You will leverage your analytical skills and expertise in media planning to maximize ROI and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management and Optimization:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns for lead generation.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize bidding strategies to achieve target cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Media Planning and Budget Management:
- Develop comprehensive media plans and allocate budgets effectively to maximize campaign reach and impact.
- Forecast campaign performance and track budget utilization to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for media optimization.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to optimize campaign strategies.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page content.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on campaign performance and progress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand target audience behavior, and use that information to improve campaign targeting and conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Meta and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns.
- Strong expertise in media planning and budget management.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Real estate marketing experience is a plus.
