Job Summary:

- We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and results-oriented, with expertise in paid ads, SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn. Optimize campaigns for lead generation, traffic, and conversions. Execute SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) to improve search rankings.

- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools. Manage content creation for social media, email marketing, and blogs. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

- Stay updated with digital trends, algorithms, and best practices. Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and PPC.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools. Strong analytical and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:.

- Experience in Real Estate, E-commerce, or SaaS industries.

- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot.

- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools.
