What would you do while you work with us?

As a Manager within the Cars24 UAE Team, your role will involve:

- Leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the UAE market.

- Taking ownership of the development and execution of business plans and strategies to attain company sales objectives.

- Collaborating in the formulation of the sales plan, monitoring sales activity, and providing regular forecasts.

- Creating accurate forecasts and KPI reports to guide organizational planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.

- Identifying and quantifying lead requirements necessary to fulfill sales goals.

- Ensuring full visibility into the sales pipeline's progression.

- Cultivating valuable partnerships and relationships with both internal and external key customers.

- Enhancing sales processes and team performance to achieve desired outcomes.

- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Excellence, Product, and others to prioritize initiatives and drive success.
