The Talent Management Specialist will help drive Cars24's values and philosophy through talent management activities that are strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision. The talent management specialist will support the design and implementation of talent management programs that drive company values, increase employee engagement, and accelerate performance to deliver business results.
Talent programs include performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, career development, career pathing and other strategic projects. The talent management specialist will execute and measure effectiveness of talent programs; partner and collaborate with talent team and business leaders to develop, communicate and implement programs and processes; and operate as the functional contact of talent management technology.
Reporting to the Director - L&OD, this person will join a multi-faceted, robust and highly collaborative Talent team. Cars24's culture of "People First", as demonstrated by its myriad awards, ensures that this individual will have significant impact on executing unique and visionary programs.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement processes, programs and systems in support of talent management strategy ensuring superior customer experience, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- This includes understanding needs of stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, develop and manage project plans and schedules, and manage change associated with new processes and programs.
- Administers talent management programs and systems according to defined strategy and plan, including the creation and delivery of key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources.
- Serves as a key point of contact to the business for talent management programs and technology, addressing questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements :
- 5-10 years demonstrated experience designing and executing talent management processes and programs and resultant technology
- Demonstrated experience of effective oral and written communication skills with key stakeholders, including senior business leaders
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and managing activities to meet multiple competing deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel
Preferred Qualifications/Skills :
- Experience supporting organizations with high degree of complexity
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel-advanced, and PowerPoint)
Education/Certification/License :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
- At least 4-8 years of related experience in talent development/talent management
Travel Requirement : 10-20%
