Cars24.com - Program Manager - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

What you'll do:

- End-to-end ownership of retail cars' supply from C2B/B2B business

- Solve for structural problems at a central level to speed up growth of the category

- Own analytical projects to solve for different types of business problems

- Responsible for growing revenue and complete P&L ownership of your category

- Funnel management: Optimize drop rates at every step of the consumer journey from customer intent to transaction. Build centralized processes for seamless lead flow throughout the funnel keeping customer / partner experience at the core of every solution

- Wear product lenses to solve problems on a long-term basis. Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners in product, BI/DS, business ops and finance to execute multiple category and central level projects

- Work closely with regional leaders & teams to build cadence around key metrics and help drive business priorities effectively and efficiently.

What we'll need:

- Sharp and dynamic candidates with consistent record of high performance

- 4-8 years of work experience with prior experience in Program Management / Category Management / Team Management experience

- Tier 1 Grad/Post Grad preferred

- Ability to work in an environment that is fast paced, requires solving ambiguous problems and highly outcome oriented. We will look for candidates who display these characteristics and have demonstrated that they can lead people and teams to deliver on these lines.
