- New projects planning & commissioning

- Monitor, initiate and plan upcoming projects & maintain strong hold of existing projects on pan India level

- Plan city wise capacity basis procurement rate and inventory backlogs

- Coordinate with key internal departments - Expansion, Logistics, Admin, Refurb, Marketing, BI, Product & Legal. Define scope of work, timelines and ensure robust follow-ups & delivery

- Onboard, coordinate & handle conflict resolution with vendors/service providers/agencies

- Lead end to end new site commissioning till handover to city ops team

- Location finalization basis business requirements/vendor alignment

- Ensure statutory permissions for running smooth operations in coordination with legal team

- Finalize/negotiate design layouts, commercials & BOQs with vendors

- Order photography equipment

- Photographer onboarding and commercials

- Ensure site readiness - cooling, electric generator, water, flooring, lighting...

- Vendor handover

- Execute dry runs

- Ensure start of production

Ops :

- Reduce & streamline opex/capex by understanding gaps and analyzing improvement metrics

- Track & analyze productivity, downtimes, quality & output. Implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce downtimes

- Ensure site readiness in terms of regular equipment servicing. Minimize repair/replacement TATs

- Analyze and improve existing mechanical and electrical systems

- Ensure timely order and delivery of key equipment/backups on need basis

Listing QC :

- Develop a process to ensure error free listings, by understanding gaps in current model

- Close coordination required with Product/Tech and City Ops teams

- Operational Efficiency

- Reduce listing TAT by improving and streamlining current processes
