- Coordinate with key departments - Expansion, Vendors, Logistics, Admin, Refurb, Marketing, BI, Product& Legal

- Plan city wise Cataloging capacity basis procurement rate and inventory backlogs

- Plan and maintain pan India Cataloging budget & overheads in coordination with Business Head

- Lead pan India end to end studio commissioning from property finalization, design layout, commercials, & BOQs to construction, dry runs till start of production & handover to city operations team

- Track & analyze cataloging productivity, downtimes, quality & output. Implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce downtimes

- Implement robust QC processes including setting up city wise QC team to ensure Zero error listings on app/website
