What Will be needed :
1. Experience in Managing Elaborate ''Grounds'' Operations (Experience in Car Industry will be a plus)
2. Experience in leading Blue Collar Work Force
3. Data-Driven Approach for Problem Solving
4. Strong Process Orientation
Job Responsibilities:
- City Capacity planning and building required infrastructure to cater the actual demand of the city.
- Developing a strong network of partnered workshops with more expertise and an improved set of services and infrastructure.
- Leading a team of WSMs, TLs and ensuring their training and development programs.
- Responsible for city-level hiring of TLs & WSMs.
- Process alignment to keep a check on City/Team Performance & Quality adherence.
- Ensuring the daily, weekly and monthly delivery and quality targets.
- Develop and deliver city dashboards providing detailed analysis and trends around the processes.
- Working closely with the Senior management on process and capabilities improvement.
- Mentor and guide the ground team to manage operational efficiency on a regular basis.
- Responsible for team morale and engagement.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to improve quality of service, cost and TAT.
- Regular monitoring of city performance and their reporting
