Roles & Responsibilties :
- Must have 2-4 years of experience preferabley as an HRBP . Someone who must have worked in a matrix / unstructured environment to scale things from ground up
- MBA - Tier 1/2
- Review and analyze HR metrics (Diversity , Attrition , Engagement)
- Responsible to design and leverage integrated people strategies , enabling attraction , development , retention of top talent
- Performance Reviews training program.
