- 4 to 8 years of professional work experience with a reputed firm analytics/ e-commerce.

- Strong logical thinking & Problem Solving skills

- Should have influenced key product , marketing , growth or sales decisions in past using analytics insights and techniques

- Strong Business acumen & should have worked closely with Business/ Product / Revenue / Growth team in the past

- Has set up analytics processes and created Analytics roadmaps or Dynamic pricing process / model

- Very comfortable with Advance SQL and statistical techniques

- Define , implement and execute strategy to improve overall Business performance

- Good at execution
