Below you will find the job description and details of what we look for in a candidate but trust me the biggest decision factor would be your belief in what we do.

- As a Growth Marketing lead you will supercharge our growth marketing strategies. You will be the custodian of key business metrics, driving and implementing strategies to drive growth agenda.

- Your will be running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.

- If you're interested in using systematic ways to test experiments and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you. As a growth marketing lead, your job is to find the channels and strategies to increase revenue.

- Ultimately, you should be able to find new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals.

Responsibilities

- Work with cross functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Cars24's revenue goals.

- Custodian of key business metrics, driving strategies to delivery growth agenda

- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.

- Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.

- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.

- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.

What you'll need

- Relevant 1-2 years of experience working as growth marketeer and at least 1 year of Tier1 management consulting experience

- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.

- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.

- Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.

- Proficient with Analytical tool
