About the role:

- We are looking for a Strategy Consultant to play a key role in the CEO's office.

- This profile will involve project management across multiple strategic projects, working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

- The key skills include very strong end-to-end project management, stakeholder management experience, preferably in a consulting environment, strategic thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze complex business problems and be responsible for business requirements and proposed solutions being documented to the highest standard

- Support the senior leadership in strategic decision-making.

- Partner with business unit heads and senior leaders to understand their strategic choices/ problem areas.

- Conduct outside-in market and competitive analysis to develop key insights

- Outline strategic choices and develop fact-backed solution themes/ recommendations.

- Convert strategies into action and drive the changes required

- Evaluate new business initiatives and opportunities - develop a business model and identify ways to service the opportunities
