GM/SGM (Refinance & Loan Against Car)
Objective : To setup and scale the Refinance & LAC verticals within Cars24 NBFC from scratch while ensuring sales and profitability targets are met
Experience :- 5-10 years experience in BFSI/NBFCs having worked in Sales or Enablement functions
- Past experience in managing large teams and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to understand customer requirements & enable decision making
- Strong understanding of process and policy setup related to Refinancing, Loan against securities
- Exceptional command of verbal and written communication skills
- MIS/ Analytical skills - must be able to work on excel, dashboards, reports, etc.
- Strong interpersonal/ conflict management/ negotiation and feedback providing skills
- Good understanding of lending funnels and P&Ls
- Have basic knowledge of used car financing, experience will be a plus
Roles And Responsibilities :E2E ownership of the refinance vertical in the Consumer Financing division of the company :
- Setting up vertical processes from scratch along with execution of processes
- Build upstream and downstream funnel stages from lead generation to loan disbursement
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify lead targets and to project sales goals
- Present and sell products and services to customers to drive sales growth
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from CRM & field activities
- Identify new sales channels for driving further growth by conducting pilots and scaling up
- Build optimized P&L with focus on designing Product Market Fit and a complete digital journey
- Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
