We are looking for a content specialist to drive all marketing content initiatives, both internal and external and across multiple platforms. Someone who could think like a publisher/ journalist, leading the development of content initiatives making CARS24 the industry leader.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Set up and lead a team of content marketers to look after external media content on CARS24 blog and digital platforms; user engagement content like push notifications, SMS, emails; employer branding via internal channels and other platforms.
- Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including website and App.
- Work closely with business and product to conceptualize and implement content strategy.
- Should be digital savvy and execute content marketing initiatives on various content channels including all of the brand's social media handles, blogs, influencers, vernacular media etc.
- Develop and maintain editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Establish guidelines and best practices across teams on content generation
Ideal Candidate-
- 5-7 years of experience creating well-researched web content (as a writer, journalist or general content creator), for an online publication
- Amazing writer & storyteller, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
- Strong project management skills and an ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Extreme attention to detail - a stickler for the little thing
