Your Responsibilities :

Sourcing & Procurement :

- Responsible for sourcing and procurement of good / services (Indirect Procurement). Major categories include Marketing, Product, Tech, IT Infra, SAAS products,, HR, Facilities, Real-estate, Travel, Transport, Annual Maintenance Contracts, House Keeping, Cafeteria, Material Supplies.

- Implement category management in line with key procurement strategies.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders and provide techno-commercial solutions to the business requirements.

- Manages the work by aligning with companies ethics, policies, guidelines, and internal controls.

- Identifying and developing vendor source for achieving cost effective purchases and procurement of materials / services within stipulated time frame.

- Trigger healthy competition among vendors and negotiated best commercial terms meeting business requirement and as per company policies and procedures.

- Participate in various meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, and resolve problems.

- Participate in price negotiations, procurement strategies as necessary, and provide operational inputs that enable decision-making.

- Have strategic plans to deliver savings in to the procurement goals.

- Should have managed sourcing of HR services such as staffing agencies, rewards & recognition program etc.

- Should have managed sourcing of Marketing Services such as Print Media, Digital Media, POSM, Trade shows, Advt. Agencies etc.

- Develop & Execute sourcing strategies that align with Organizational goals and deliver results throughout Source to Pay Lifecycle.

- Facilitate negotiations and achieve optimal price/performance ratio to deliver maximum value and savings.

- Develop TCO models and decipher pricing to deliver comprehensive financial analyses

- Performs all duties in accordance with Organizational policies and compliance guidelines with focus on Ethics, compliance, risk, sustainability.

- Ensure timely execution of Projects, Commercial contracts and Purchase Order

- Ability to partner with external stakeholder like strategic suppliers, OEMs and service providers.

- Knowledge of market trend and new/emerging technologies including market dynamics and trends for sourcing strategy execution

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including SMEs and functional departments to obtain beneficial terms, mitigate business risk and set priorities for sourcing strategy execution

- Proactively manage strategic vendors through the contract lifecycle, monitoring their performance against contractual obligations and by performing cost benchmarking.

- Provide financial reporting and analysis on key Procurement metrics as per requirement

- Continually identify and drive improvement opportunities.

Process & Compliance :

- Maintain & Publish Approved Vendor List.

- Responsible to maintain all documentation related to Vendor Contracts and renewals.

- Maintain and publish contract renewal tracker.

- Support in maintaining and updating procurement tools with accurate data and adherence to procurement policies & guidelines.

Data Analytics & MIS :

- Responsible to work closely with key stakeholders from Business, Procurement & Finance teams to gather requirements & right data for procurement analytics.

- Expert with Google Sheets - mandatory

- Develop procurement analytics KPIs dashboards (spend, contract, savings, operational etc)

- Build key insights and identify savings opportunities based on procurement spend / contract / operational data.

- Perform data cleansing, categorization, normalization of suppliers and data enrichment to develop clean data for analysis
 
Our Ideal Candidate :

Education Qualification : BE/B.Tech

Experience : 5-8 Years in indirect sourcing and procurement including contract management.

- You have strong problem solving, analytic, decision-making and excellent communication with interpersonal skills.

- You pay attention to details and are able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective actions plans to resolve issues.

- You are self-driven and motivated with entrepreneurial passion and desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with varied responsibilities.

- Strong expertise in procurement related to Facilities, Real-estate, Travel, Transport, Annual Maintenance Contracts, House Keeping, Cafeteria, Material Supplies

- Some understanding of the e-commerce industry and/or the category/commodity.

- Some knowledge of actively managing commodity/category and implementing various strategies to address objectives like savings, speed to business, and driving innovation

- Advanced working knowledge in data analysis, building simulated worksheets and performing sensitivity analysis

- Basic understanding of interpreting financial statements
