About the role :

- Assisting in creating Operating business plans: Play an integral part in the short, medium and long range planning by understanding overall organization goals, distilling them for relevant functions and driving high quality inputs to create a robust bottom-up financial & operating plan

- Monthly P&L reviews (assisting in preparing board meeting decks, business plans, and monthly MIS) working with FinOps and Controllership teams capturing high quality analysis (of financial & business metrics)

- Comparing historical results against budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward

- Facilitate high quality RCAs through data to help business teams understand the drivers / factors impacting key financial outcomes for the company and present in a clear and concise manner

- Take end-to-end responsibility for all line items of P&L by performing clear analysis of GLs.

- Additionally, adhoc financial analysis to support business requirements.

Role Specification :

- MBA Finance from Premier Institute + Engineering or Chartered Account with 0-3 years of experience on ecommerce/ digital companies/ startups in similar role

- Excellent interpersonal, communication & team leadership skills;

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Power point) & Google slides/sheets.

- Working knowledge of BI & performance management tools (Tableau/ Qlikview/ Anaplan/ Hyperion etc)

- Excellent analytical and numerical skills

- Sharp time management skills. We work at a supersonic speed.

- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
