Responsibilities :

- Implement business strategies & drive experiments to maximize sales while maintaining healthy margins

- Own bottom-line (absolute profits) by owning margin & conversions due to pricing

- Be open to undertake other strategic critical projects & roles (beyond pricing) as deemed critical for the organization.

- Identify ideal pricing structures and sales funnels

- Work with the sales and marketing team to define pricing structure for company products

- This is a highly analytical role that requires pricing analysts to consider data from multiple sources and develop complex pricing models that reflect margins for promotional and seasonal pricing based on competitor, market, and customer data.

- Maintain detailed records for individual products that can be used to evaluate future market trends and inform future pricing decisions.

- Drive end to end pricing analytics (including but not limited to website data analysis, margin analysis, depreciation analysis, competition benchmarking) & create tools to constantly identify opportunities for improvements.

Desired Skills :

- Strong problem solving, communication & strong analytical skills

- Strong collaboration skills across teams (marketing, data science & analytics, finance, product etc.)

- Outcome & result orientation - be comfortable with trying and failing

- Ex-strategy consulting profiles or generalist startup roles preferred

- 2-5 years of experience, MBA is optional.
