About the role :
- We are looking for an experienced Customer Oriented Professional to lead and oversee the Processes involved in the Documentation Operational Experiences for our buyers. You will be responsible for building a world class operational capability to handhold buyer through the documentation and ownership transfer journey with NPS dedicated target
- The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters business. A competent leader who is able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company's vision and culture.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop goals and objectives that leads to Hassle Free Buyer Documentation Journey and create happy experience
- Manage Operational Grievances and sensitive cases. Also, creating sustainable strategies to auto-resolve as much as possible
- Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities. Organize and coordinate in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Treating each escalation on priority and work towards improvisation so as to solve for long-term
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of the department
- Cross functional leadership across various departments
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and reports
- Assess overall company performance against objectives
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience preferably in a fast paced eCommerce/ internet or retail industry
- Prefer Masters degree or similar from a Tier 1/2 Institute
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- Should have handled a team earlier
