About the Role:
As the Program Manager in the Dealer Experience department, you'll oversee various aspects of vendor management, fraud investigation, strategy development, and program management to optimize car procurement processes and enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Management:
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships with banking institutions for efficient loan based procurement.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure favorable conditions for loan procurement.
2. Fraud Investigation:
- Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities within the car procurement process.
- Implement preventive measures and controls to mitigate fraud risks.
3. Strategy Development:
- Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to devise strategies for increasing car procurement volume.
- Implement innovative approaches to attract more sellers and diversify inventory.
4. Strategic Support:
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the car procurement team to overcome operational challenges and achieve business objectives.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
5. Program Management:
- Oversee all aspects of program management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Ensure alignment of program activities with organizational goals and objectives.
- Optimise resource management to achieve program outcomes and deliverables.
Requirements:
- MBA/B.Tech from a Tier 1/ 2 college in any discipline.
- Proven experience in automotive program management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
