Job Description:


What will you drive?


Planning and Strategy:


- Develop and Implement Program Plans: Design comprehensive plans that align with business objectives. This includes defining scope, setting goals, and creating timelines.

- Strategic Alignment: Ensure that programs align with the overall business strategy and contribute to achieving strategic goals.

Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with Stakeholders: Identify, manage, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.

- Expectation Management: Set and manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment on program objectives and deliverables.

Project Oversight:

- Project Execution: Oversee the execution of projects within the program, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring quality standards are met.

Lead Management & monetisation:

- Lead forecasting: Develop and manage the visibility around leads and its monetisation.

- Account onboarding : Account onboarding and experience management to retain the account.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Track Progress: Monitor program progress against goals and objectives, using performance metrics and KPIs.

- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on program status, achievements, and challenges.

Process Improvement:

- Identify Opportunities: Continuously assess and identify areas for process improvement within the program.

- Implement Enhancements: Propose and implement changes to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
