What will you drive?
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to transform HR data into actionable insights that drive workforce decisions and optimise HR strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR analytics and expertise in delivering impactful solutions.
1. Analyse HR data to identify trends and support decision-making in recruitment, retention, employee engagement and performance management.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key HR metrics like turnover, engagement, employee satisfaction, learning and development, workforce planning, hiring, headcount efficiency etc.
3. Ensure data accuracy by integrating, cleaning and collating data from various HR systems.
4. Collaborate with HR leader to provide insights, solutions and action planning aligned with organisational goals.
5. Monitor compliance with data privacy regulations and ensure secure handling of sensitive information.
What are we looking for?
1. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Analytics, HR, or related field (Master's preferred).
2. Proven experience in HR analytics with tools like MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of working on HRMS driving key HR metrics alongside the stakeholders
4. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Exceptionally good with numbers and taking out data insights
