We are looking for an outcome-driven Learning & Development - Lead with experience in managing large teams and driving measurable business impact. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design, execute, and scale training initiatives across Retail, Sales, Tech, Product, and Support roles while leading a high-performing L&D team.

This is not just another training role-it's about delivering tangible results impacting business, accelerating onboarding, boosting performance, and developing high-performing teams across CARS24.

As the Lead - Learning & Development, you'll be responsible for end-to-end training strategy, covering:

- New Hire Training & Onboarding (Retail, Sales, Franchise, Corporate)

- On-the-Job Training (OJT) & Continuous Skill Development

- Sales & Franchise Training Programs

- Leadership & Functional Training for Tech, Product & Support Teams

- Content & Media Design for Learning Initiatives

- Pre & Post-Training Assessments to Measure Business Impact

- External Learning Partnerships (LinkedIn Learning, etc.)

- Managing & Scaling a High-Impact L&D Team

- Driving Organization-Wide Training Initiatives & Business Outcomes

- Your mission? Lead, scale, and deliver high-impact learning programs that translate into real business growth at each stage of the organisation.

What You'll Drive?

L&D Strategy & Execution:

- Develop a scalable training framework for Retail, Sales, Tech, Product, and Support roles.

- Build structured new hire training, OJT, and refresher training programs to reduce ramp-up time and improve productivity.

- Implement Franchise Training Programs to maintain operational excellence across locations.

- Design Leadership Development Programs to build CARS24's next generation of leaders.

Content Development & Delivery:

- Build high-impact learning content using videos, interactive playbooks, gamified learning, and microlearning formats.

- Leverage AI-based learning tools & analytics to personalize training and improve adoption.

- Partner with LinkedIn Learning, and other platforms to integrate up-to-date skill-building programs.

Training Impact, Assessments & Business Outcomes:

- Implement pre & post-training assessments to measure real skill improvement.

- Track and improve critical business metrics (time-to-productivity, sales conversion uplift, retention, leadership impact).

- Ensure training is directly linked to business success by aligning with CARS24's revenue, growth, and efficiency goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with Sales, Tech, Product, HR, and Business Leaders to understand evolving training needs.

- Drive enterprise-wide training initiatives and ensure seamless integration into business workflows.

- Continuously adapt and refine training programs based on data, feedback & performance analytics.

What We're Looking For?

Experience: 8-12 years in L&D, Training, or Enablement, with a strong focus on Retail, Sales & Corporate Learning Programs.

Education: Tier 1 Post Grad preferred, but a sharp mind and a hustle mindset matter most!

Team Leadership: Proven track record of leading and scaling large L&D teams.

Industry Background: Experience in automobile, fintech, BFSI, e-commerce, SaaS, or franchise-driven businesses is a plus.

Strategic & Hands-On: Ability to design, execute, and scale L&D programs independently while driving execution at scale.

Tech & Tools: Experience with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, AI-driven learning solutions, and content design software.

Data-Driven Approach: Strong experience in using learning analytics & assessments to measure impact and optimize programs.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner with senior leaders, external training providers, and cross-functional teams to align L&D with business goals.
