What will you drive?

Are you a dealmaker with a flair for finding prime retail real estate? Do you have a talent for charming mall managers and retail bigwigs into signing on the dotted line? If so, buckle up because we're looking for a Real Estate Expansion Specialist to turbocharge our retail presence and help us secure the hottest spots in town.

Drive Expansion: Identify and secure exciting and premium retail locations in malls and high-traffic areas. Think of it as your personal treasure hunt, but instead of gold, you're finding us the best spots to showcase our cars.

Forge Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with mall managers, retail associates, and dealers. Your networking skills will turn potential leads into loyal partners faster than a car can go from 0 to 60.

Market Analysis: Keep your finger on the pulse of retail trends and market dynamics. Your insights will steer our expansion strategy and ensure we're always a step ahead.

Negotiate Like a Pro: Work your magic to close challenging deals and negotiate lease terms that align with our ambitious growth goals. Youll be the negotiator everyone loves to work with.

Collaborate: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new retail spaces into our expansion strategy. Your collaboration skills will make our growth smoother than a well-oiled engine.

Who are we looking for?

Experience: 3-8 years in real estate development, retail expansion, or a related field. Bonus points if you have a track record of working with malls and high-profile retail locations.

Skills: Stellar negotiation skills, a knack for building relationships, and an eagle eye for prime real estate.
