About the Role:
We are launching a new initiative that requires partnering with corporates and MSMEs, to build a strong dealership sales channel across India. As the Sales (Partnership Head), you will spearhead this initiative, leading strategy, building partnerships, and driving revenue. This role is critical in establishing and scaling our presence in an untapped market.
What will you drive?
Strategic Planning:
- Design and execute a go-to-market strategy for the charter
- Identify growth opportunities and create scalable frameworks for operations.
Partnership Development:
- Forge strategic partnerships with corporates, car rental companies, and fleet operators to source company cars.
- Build and maintain a robust dealer network to ensure seamless resale.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to align with business goals.
Market Insights:
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine the business model.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Operations Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Implement tools and processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.
What are we looking for ?
- Experience: 8-12 years in sales, partnerships, or business development, specially selling solutions to companies SaaS/ Non-SaaS both
- Education: MBA or equivalent in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Network: Existing selling relationships with enterprises selling solutions like travel , technology or other services.
