Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to expand the scrap car business across multiple locations.

- Build and manage relationships with scrap dealers, recyclers, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Ensure seamless operations in the scrap car selling process, from lead generation to final disposal.

- Optimize pricing models and drive profitability in the scrap segment.

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance the scrap car ecosystem.

- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to improve platform efficiency.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the scrap industry.

- Drive customer engagement and satisfaction by ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

- Manage performance metrics and reporting for business growth and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in business development, supply chain, or operations, preferably in the automotive or scrap industry.

- Strong network in the scrap/recycling sector is a plus.

- Proven track record of scaling businesses and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
