Our client is a Global MNC CE company and they are looking for a suitable person for the following role:
Job Role: This person will build and leverage relationships, facilitate interactions, and help negotiate deals across the telecom product lines. Responsible for Business to Business(BTB) sales for the given region.
The role has following 3 components:
Channel Management
Key Account Management
Business Development in Enterprise
The individual should be able to balance the above objectives to meet the given revenue plan for his region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate complex organizations and quickly establish relationships and rapport.
- Understand partner challenges, and perspectives. Build credibility and strong business acumen.
- Identify business opportunities. Guide initiatives to grow the account and the carrier's commitment to the products over time.
- Facilitate the organisation's interactions across all levels of the organization.
- Help develop and negotiate deals and agreements.
- Work with Carrier enterprise teams and own the sales number.
- Manage B2B channel partners in West region and responsibility of sales.
Key Competencies
10+ years experience in selling to large enterprises direct and through channels is essential. Experience with managing a carrier partner at the HQ level is desirable.
- Technical undergraduate and MBA preferred
- Demonstrated strengths in relationship management, teaming across functions, deal making & negotiations
- Strategic agility: demonstrated ability to identify and drive new opportunities
- Track record of success and upward mobility within organizations
Additional Requirements:
- Facilitate all aspects of account management from day-to-day to strategic interactions
- Create, manage, and leverage valued interactions and relationships with executive decision-makers, and work across the customer organization to get the right things done.
- Define and evaluate new business models and structural programs.
- Outline negotiation strategies and execute deals to realize quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms
