Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Strong Academic Background: MA in English/Kannada or M.Sc. in Sciences- Physics/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry, B, E / MTech, B.Ed. / M.Ed. - Any specialization

- Knowledge of NCERT and DSERT curriculum, Science Pedagogy

- Creative and out-of-the-box thinking.

- Passion for Education and social change and Willingness to learn & work in Govt School space.

- Excellent communication & Documentation skills in both Kannada and English are mandatory.

- Being sensible and reflective Ability to collaborate with Officers of the education dept and internal team members towards attainment of both individual and collective team goals.

- Strong analytical skills. working knowledge of tools like Excel, Power point, word is necessary.

-Ability to Travel frequently is mandatory. Most of the travel will be to Education Offices in district and Blocks and sometimes to Cluster level Centres and Schools.

About Caring with Colour - A Manasi Kirloskar Initiative:

Caring with Colour - A Manasi Kirloskar Initiative (CWC) is a non-profit organization in India working towards improving the quality of education in Government Schools by enabling teachers to adopt an experiential teaching methodology in their classrooms as envisaged by educational policies like NEP 2020 and NCF 2005. Towards this end, CWC has developed a teacher support system that includes experiential teaching content based on NCERT Curriculum, and an experiential teacher training system coupled with a technology platform called 'Teachopia' that can enable and empower teachers to effectively adopt "Experiential Teaching Techniques" inside their classrooms.
