Vice President Sales - Hunting (KPO Processes)


This is a Night Shift Profile :

We are a US shift company now looking to add clients to our portfolio, we are an outsourcing company looking to add clients in two major domains - Health Care & Logistics. We are presently servicing clients in the USA, now looking to acquire clients across the world ensuring 24/7 operations.

Our skillset is that we know and help our partners scale. Our goal and our mission is to become partners of scale to startups or mid size companies looking for sales, datamining or operations capabilities.

Responsibilities :

- Leading the development of long-term relationships with predominantly new clients through careful planning, strategizing, and value creation

- Targeting organizations with a potential to achieve + $ 50M in annual account revenue

- Consistently generating $10M in annual contract value by offerings and closing them with EVP and C-level buyers

- Maintaining and growing a significant pipeline of opportunities in logistics and medical billing verticals

- Serving as a trusted advisor to our clients in and capable of providing guidance and thought leadership on current business issues facing C-level executives

- Effectively construct and tell a compelling and clear story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations

- Leveraging existing executive level relationships to enhance our brand

- Developing and communicating a strategic sales plan and strategy to achieve assigned goals

- Working closely with the account management and delivery organizations to foster a client centric culture and cohesive teaming environment

- Significant experience in selling solutions in the areas of Operations, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain

- Knowledge of and deep connects in the Health Care sector is a plus

- Demonstrable success in developing transformational offerings - acting as trusted advisor for Senior Executives in client organizations

- History of collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in business development, relationship management, and competency building scenarios

- Track record of driving deals with $30M to $50M in total contract value or $10M in annual revenue

- Experience in closing consultancy arrangements or large KPO deals

- Demonstrated success in a hunting role

- Resilient

- Ability to influence C-level clients

- Knowledge of pricing

- Program Management Expertise

- Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presentation skills in English
