This is a US Shift Profile. Shift timings are 5 pm to 2 am. We need a candidate who is looking to be a department head and manage or HR function from salary processing to hiring to all compliances. Someone who would like to bring structure to the scale we are looking to achieve.
We are looking to hire a human resource manager for our organization, who would be responsible for the following.
- Defining our culture and developing practices that it is not exploited or changed even if we scale our work force 10 times.
- Developing & implementing the following
1. Payroll Practices
2. KPI's & KRA implementation and review
3. Hiring & Retention polices
4. Growth Parth & Reviews
5. Scalable employee engagement propositions
6. Human Resource Planning and Budgeting
7. Designing training programs
- Willing to groom into an HR business partner profile.
- Manage & update company policies as per the market situations.
- HR information systems (HRIS)
- Ensure all compliances are up to date and audit ready always.
- A person who would be open to discussing and contradicting the management when required.
Qualification And Experience:
MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or Post Graduate Degree in General Management with 3 plus years of post-qualification work experience in Human Resources Management
