Technology Awareness

- Basic knowledge of database, python, R and CPLEX

- Team Management

- Collaborate with Software developers & Business analysts for the System testing

- To Provide KT/Sessions of system' functionalities/ processes to developers, testers & BA

Trainings

- Attend trainings as per the job profiles/requirements

- To provide KT/ Sessions to developers, testers or other team memebers

- To provide internal/external trainings related to project deliverables

Documentation

- To prepare BRDS/SRS/UAT Scripts for the internal or external deliveries of the project

- Project Responsibilities

- To understand the project flow and functionalities

- Able to understand the assigned task and complete it in pre-defined timelines

- Able to create/validate the test scenarios

- Collate the work of juniors and present it to TL in coherent manner

- To take approvals for any changes in process/functionality from TL

- Responsible for monitoring the product performance in production environment

Other Responsibilities

- Able to gather the client' requirements and analyse the impact on the project/process

- Able to communicate the project insights to the internal & External stakeholders

- Able to find alternative solution of technical or business problems

- To prepare or circulate MOM after internal or external meetings
