Key Accountabilities : - Role will involve executing BTL activities, coordinating with designers, working on promotions and content writing - Will include keeping records of the budget and BTL spends - Help plan, create and produce marketing, advertising and sales promotion materials to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives for our business - Help produce informational material for delivery partners and communications media to reach maximum number of customers and prospects. - Participate in the evaluation, modification and execution of Marketing Campaigns. - Collaborate constantly with customers and internal stakeholders, using relevant marketing tools to understand the need of the market and design/propose solution to drive business growth - Help gather, analyze market trends, monitor market conditions, competitors, etc. - Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. - Other duties as assigned Qualifications : MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : - MBA with 2-3 years' experience in marketing industry who will help gather, analyze and translate consumer and market insight into strategies - Willingness to learn digital tools
