Job Purpose and Impact:
The Regional Benefits Lead APAC will provide insights on strategic questions that assess the effectiveness of the total rewards strategy. In this role, You will partner closely with the total rewards leadership team to understand total rewards strategic priorities and determine how to drive and support them. You will provide data analytics, problem solving, visualization and curiosity to synthesize information from multiple partners to accurately tell a story to drive strategic decisions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop strategic questions and insights for various areas of the department and determine how to accurately define and present data through storytelling.
- Develop strong relationships with various partners and elevate key issues and topics to department leadership.
- Capture, analyze and elevate key issues and important topics to leadership.
- Build and develop relationships with various partners across the human resources and total rewards teams.
- Influence leadership decisions and department goals through data and analytics.
- Effectively prepares and presents information to leaders and influence employees at all levels of the organization.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of multi country / regional work experience in a global large sized multinational conglomerate .
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12-15 years of experience in employee benefits
- Proven business partnership skills in the HR employee benefits programs .
- Ability to drive decisions through data and insights , working closely with very senior level leadership and stakeholders .
- Ability to partner and influence employees at all levels of the organization and being a trusted advisory and SME for regional employee benefits program ,
- Ability to understand complex and ambiguous business needs and apply the right tools and approaches.
- Ability to deliver with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with regional level vendor partners in employee benefits and tools
- Consulting experience
