Job Title: SA Process Optimization Specialist
Job Purpose and Impact:
The SA Process Optimization Specialist supports the supply chain planning center of excellence with the implementation of process standards and motivates continuous improvement. In this role, you will partner with supply chain planning and order management teams to help them improve supply chain planning or order management processes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in driving process improvement, reducing cost, driving growth and meeting business goals.
- Support supply chain planning and order management process standardization to facilitate tactical plans.
- Execute on activities for the deployment of continuous improvement, capability excellence initiatives and related projects for project deliverables for order management and supply chain planning.
- Serve as a central resource for supply chain planning and order management teams around process, projects and technologies to mature related processes.
- Collaborate with appropriate partners to create supply chain planning and order management training.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1. Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management from premier universities
2. Experience participating on cross functional process implementations or improvement projects.
3. Previous experience in supply chain planning, order management or customer service
4. Minimum of eight years of related work experience
5. Functional understanding of supply chain or order management tools and technologies
