Description:
JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT :
The Decision Support Analyst will deliver financial analysis input for business decision making and performance improvement opportunities to support business growth. In this role, you will contribute to the continuous process improvement on management reporting, report standardization and rationalization.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Deliver effective financial and management reporting to support business decision making, including defining relevant business performance indicator and frequency, standardizing and optimizing management reporting, and preparing effective business performance analysis across the country.
- Partner with various stakeholders FP&A, business managers, A&F teams and CBS to prepare business budgets and rolling forecast, deliver accurate data and reports and continuously improve management reporting effectiveness.
- Contribute and implement continuous process improvement, including simplifying and optimizing process, improving data integrity, and leveraging current technology and responds to moderately complex ad-hoc requests from FP&A, commercial teams with constructive and high quality solutions.
- You will work under general supervision and independently solve moderately complex issues while referring more complex problems to a higher-level staff.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Chartered Accountant with 7-10 years of post qualification experience
- Advanced data analytical skills using current spreadsheet or business intelligence and reporting tools (Power BI)
- Experience in working with multiple businesses or international businesses.
- Experience in leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making.
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Working knowledge of improving reporting through leveraging technology (Power BI)
- Capability to respond to moderately complex ad-hoc requests from FP&A, commercial teams with constructive and high quality solutions
- Support the transition of the organization to the end state organization
- Broad/diverse commercial knowledge
- Detail oriented, proven accounting/finance professional with strong analytical skills
- Highly effective people skills able to lead by example and motivate for high performance
- Ability to communicate and use visualization tools (e.g. dashboards) to tell stories on business performance
- English proficiency, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter, proactive and demonstrated adaptability and change agility
- Ability to work under pressure
- Occasional travel as business required
