We are looking for an HR Operations Lead to join the team! - As a member of the Global HR Solutions team, you will be accountable for the delivery and execution of core operational HR services such as benefits, payroll, HR compliance, data analysis, time &amp; attendance, leave management, audits, worker's compensation and employee health &amp; safety etc and ensuring HR Operational Compliance within Country you're responsible to. - You will provide leadership to a team of HR Operations specialists responsible for delivering HR operational services to the business. This includes coordinating and settling team delivery for activities, presenting with and training employees and managers through peers within the country. - Acting under limited supervision, the incumbent will utilize their full HR Services/Operations knowledge to coordinate more complex processes related to the delivery of HR Services/Operations services" Key Responsibilities: - You will be accountable for Development, implement &amp; execute HR Ops strategies, policies, programs, and processes. By being a specialist within HR Operation market HR Solution team and provide effective advising &amp; valuable solution to business in the Country. - Build and maintain key internal/external relationships (i.e business leaders, hiring managers, business/function human resource professionals, industry contacts, employees). Facilitate, guide, review, and execute HR Services/Operations on routine inquiry or projects. - Responsible for HR Operations budgets, HR solution efficiency metrics, and local SLAs (costs and return on investments of solutions delivered). - Collaborate with GHRS Market team to support the development of the strategy for the effective delivery and coordination of HR operational activities for the market and Total Rewards team to define benefit strategy, governance, and policies. - Work with HR Operational Leads in the region, COEs, business/function teams in the market for effective resource planning and partner feedback. - You will responsible for Payroll and HR Compliances - You will represent HR in change management. By participating with CBS Migration activities, shared service consolidation and MADJV initiatives as assigned. - Promote the use and implementation of tools/technologies. Guide/Review/Perform the design and delivery of HR Services/Operations training/education sessions for employees, HR professionals, and/or supervisors/managers in the business. - You will be Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes - You will ensure service delivery is aligned with laws, regulations, and Corporate Cargill policies and Framework. Responsible for ensuring accurate use of vendor management of HR services/operations providers within Country. - Find opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization on processes currently led by country and/or regionally. Ensure consistent adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements within Country, this may involve working with legal resources and/or external consultants to interpret and implement complex/ambiguous policies. - You will lead, mentor and guide the team of people whenever required and empower the team to achieve large goals of the team and organization. Represent them to different businesses and partners, provide a career growth for team members, ensure team members aspirations are treated with respect and on time. Providing business with solutions to their problems and issues, have strong and positive relationship with partners and clients. Qualifications - Bachelor's/PG degree or equivalent practical experience - 12 + years of experience in operations and/or any core human resources - Previous experience in HR operations-related market service areas such as benefits, payroll, time &amp; attendance, leave management, worker's compensation and employee health &amp; safety and/or other meaningful HR experience - Experience in HR Compliances - Experience anticipating issues, problem solving and implementing solutions, including referring critical issues to the appropriate level of management, and improving efficiency, quality, cost and productivity - Previous experience leading teams - Demonstrable experience positively influencing and collaborating with business and HR leaders - Shown strong eye for business. Knowledge of multiple businesses, functions, and processes as well as demonstrable knowledge of business and functional issues, and proven track record to positively impact business results. - Strong leadership, partner management and communication skills - ability to thrive as part of a local market team - Confirmed understanding of evolving HR landscape and demonstrated capability of leading organizational change efforts - Capability to innovate and integrate HR practice around critical business issues, and align people, process and structure to support these innovations - Competence in connecting people to each other and the business strategy, demonstrating technology and processes where appropriate. - Fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications: - Post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management. - Demonstrated ability to manage and implement HR processes and client focused solutions - Experience in a shared services organization or working in multi-diverse environment - Project management experience - Consultative skills - Strong drive for results with results/outcome focus - Proven record of implementation and optimization of processes and metrics
