Job Purpose and Impact
The Global Talent & Development Leader for CASC and FSM will lead and deliver talent management programs and efforts, including talent and succession planning, performance calibration, organizational effectiveness, career management, and development planning supporting our Cargill Agriculture Supply Chain (CASC) and Financial Services and Metals (FSM) enterprise teams. In partnership with the broader HR team, this individual will work with leaders to understand talent and development needs and enable the development of comprehensive talent strategies that advance enterprise business goals. This individual will also be responsible for linking talent development to business performance, ensuring that solutions are culturally relevant, scalable globally, and advance people priorities. They will also be responsible for identifying opportunities and driving strategies that create more common approaches and talent planning outcomes across the functions.
Key Accountabilities
- Deploy global frameworks, tools, and approaches to talent management and succession planning; coach and support HR Business Partners in deployment of these efforts
- Develop a forward-looking talent strategy that aligns with enterprise strategies in close partnership with HR Business Partners
- Facilitate performance calibration sessions and outcomes for senior teams
- Facilitate the identification, development, and management of high-potential talent for CASC and FSM
- Facilitate team effectiveness sessions for the most senior teams using global frameworks and tools; coach and support HR Business Partners in deployment of these efforts
- Assist HR Business Partners and leaders in their analysis, debrief of, and action planning for engagement survey results
- Support development of senior and critical talent through methods such as capability gap diagnoses (leveraging root cause analysis) and development planning completion
- Support the operational execution of the Enterprise Talent & Development agendas as needed
- In partnership with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team, ensure a diverse and inclusive approach to talent and development
- Provide expert consultative guidance for initiating strategic long-range goals and objectives. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in progressively complex Talent, Learning & Development, or HR Business Partner roles
- Facilitation of executive leadership teams
- Experience leading talent and succession discussions, building talent strategies and facilitating talent movement
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and consulting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of total work experience
- Master's degree or other post-secondary degree
- Human resources certificate
