3. Responsible for documentation viz. returns filing with various statutory bodies.

4. Bill Discounting and L/C backed Bill discounting at competitive interest rates

5. Arranging Suppliers' Credit and Buyers' Credit

Accounts & Audit

1. Finalization of accounts, divisional & branch accounting

2. Attending statutory auditors, internal auditors

3. Tax audit details preparation

4. Computerized accounting

5. Credit control

6. Accounting Standards and their implementation

Taxation

1. Oversee Personal taxation employees

2. Oversee Direct & Indirect taxation aspects.

3. Filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals

MIS, Budgeting & Costing

1. Costing - product and process

2. Budget preparation and Budgetary controls

Minimum Qualification: CA mandatory. CFA and MBA preferred.
