Role & Responsibility:

- Assisting in the preparation of fee proposals to clients, including scoping discussions, pitch materials, and internal engagement pricing committee memoranda

- Presenting valuation analyses and conclusions internally to review committees, externally to our clients

- Executing and advice on various aspects of Infrastructure Financial Advisory including Bid Advisory, contract analysis, financial due diligence, credit enhancement mechanisms;

- Support with client interaction for developing in-depth knowledge on financial models, structures and contracts to provide quality service;

- Prepare reports, information memoranda, summary and presentations per advisory mandate;

- Performing independent valuation for financial instruments, businesses, tangible and intangible assets including derivatives and structured products (plain vanilla as well as exotics), equity and debt securities, for mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, dispute resolution, financial reporting, restructuring, and financial advisory.

- Building and analyzing financial models and assessing assumptions and data which underlie the model.

- Credit Analysis and Risk evaluation of Corporates - Undertake assessment and evaluate each proposal for large corporates and PSU entities relating to financial requirements of corporate clients with in-depth study of company's business, risk assessment and mitigation, financial statement analysis and modelling.

- Working on mandates including bid process advisory, investment advisory, M&A, project/structured finance, and debt syndication

Skills:

- Basic knowledge of financial accounting is a must

- In-depth experience in Bid Advisory and M&A Advisory

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Must have worked in consulting firm or accounts department of the company

- Be of proven integrity, giving attention to confidentiality requirements

- Possess excellent writing and oral communication/presentation skills

- Ability to think outside the box and quickly learn new ideas independently

- Be a good team player, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Educational Qualification:

- MBA (Fin.)/CA

- Additional qualification of CFA/FRM would be preferred
